Düsseldorf based indie rock band Subterfuge are back with another sunshine infused single of pure indie joy. “The Good Good” is a much more chill experience than their last single, “The Snake Wife.” The drums pitter-patter like a clock in a quiet room behind guitars smothered in chorus and reverb, while sci-fi synths blaze in and out, adding to the sickly sweat vibe of the track. There’s something sunny about “The Good Good” but there’s also something else—something sad and melancholic.
