I had to look up who Ben Stokes is (he plays cricket) but I don’t think it really made much difference as this track is pure, wild absurdity. Crashing drums and buzzing guitars wail and pound out of time to the mumbled chanting of distorted vocals and just when you think this maniac train will drive itself right off the rails, it does! And it does so in the most unexpected way, by including a chorus of dog barking. This is one of the most fun and absurd tracks I’ve heard all year. It’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face and get stuck in your head for days.
